- I am a student from Papua New Guinea who is currently undertaking Post Graduate Studies at the University of Queensland, Australia.The creation of this forum is part of an academic exercise I am undertaking. However, to a larger extent, it is something I wish to pursue when I go back to my country after completing my studies. Hence, the rationale in facilitating this discussion is to seek wider understanding and views of the concept using a number of effective collective action techniques. By doing so would equip me with both theoretical and practical understanding in building and maintaining a forum to promote gender responsive budgeting in PNG through a collective spirit.Therefore,any comments or sharing of experiences about this agenda and the processes of achieving it would be highly regarded.
